About you

  • Morris Escapes provides outstanding experiences – you’ll be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on personalised guest interactions and building lasting relationships
  • You’ll have previous managerial experience in accommodation reservations or a similar sales environment, and be confident maximising yield in both rates and occupancy as well as up-selling experiences across the portfolio, contributing to increased revenue and guest satisfaction
  • You’re a natural leader, enjoying training and mentoring, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment. You lead by example
  • You have meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in bookings, special requests and guest preferences to provide a seamless experience

What else you need to know

  • This role is based in Cairns 
  • You will need to be available part weekends and some public holidays. Rosters are usually set as Sunday through to Thursday or Tuesday through to Saturday.
  • You must be eligible to work in Australia

This full-time role is based in Cairns, Queensland.
