  • Full-time permanent on-going role, based atMackay
  • Seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to support our new Superstore

Customer Service Managers are responsible for leading our teams to provide solutions and engaging experiences.

  • You will be on of two Customer Service Managers at our new superstore and will need to be an expert in your field - Boating, Power and Electrical

In addition to this you will be:

  • Dedicated to building a “customer centric” culture to deliver the ultimate customer service experience every time
  • Sharing your product knowledge and experience
  • Leading, developing and motivating a team to meet their full potential
