This rolerequires a collaborative approach, working with the business development team,customers, and our third-party development companies which are international.

We seek a highly talented Project Lead to work with us in crafting VR learningexperiences. Your responsibilities include conducting research on assignedcontent areas, collaborating with subject matter experts, developing high-leveldesigns, and creating design proposals for new learning experiences. Strongfundamentals in C# and extensive experience in Unity development are a must, asyou will be responsible for implementing, iterating, and enhancing designsthroughout the course of the project. You will also provide guidance to ensure projects developed by third parties are delivered on timeand can be deemed complete.

Whetheryou’re a game designer with some programming skills up your sleeve or aprogrammer whose design ambitions can no longer be contained, this role isa great opportunity to branch out into an emerging field.

Yourresponsibilities:

●Take training resources and find the mostrelevant information to design experiences that have a lasting effect on theuser.

●Produce high-quality design work, eitherbased on templates or entirely new, customizing for varying requirements fromproject to project.

●Liaise with subject matter experts andcustomers requesting custom-built experiences to align your design with themandatory learning outcomes.

●Work within a cross-disciplinary team todesign and Project Manage experiences from concept to delivery.

●Lead our partner teams around the world tohelp them build experiences to our standards, quality levels and processes.

●Communicate clearly with the team andstakeholders to ensure product alignment with business needs and outcomes, bothwritten and verbal.

●Ability to efficiently juggle multipleprojects at once.

●Use Unity to improve user experience andfix bugs in projects, diving into the code as required to get the job done.

Requiredexperience:

●At least three years of game orgame-adjacent design experience.

●Experience working within Unity3D withsome programming knowledge.

●Critical thinking skills and strongattention to detail.

●Experience communicating design conceptsto programmers, artists, stakeholders and clients.
