About Your New Employer:
West Recruitment is extremely proud to be partnering with the Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation. This not-for-profit organization oversees fundraising initiatives for the Westmead Children’s Hospital, Randwick Children’s Hospital, Kids Research, Bear Cottage & Nets services.
It is through the fantastic work of the SCHF, that these organizations are provided with new equipment and essential funding to help sick and seriously ill children.
About Your New Role:
Reporting to the Corporate Engagement Manager and working as part of a friendly, collaborative, and diverse team of 11. The Corporate Engagement Coordinator will provide administrative and organizational support to ensure that fundraising initiatives and events continue to operate successfully.
Some key responsibilities for this role will include:
•Create and maintain donor profiles within Salesforce.
•Oversee monthly order processing.
•Collate & analyze data using MS Excel.
•Provide support in the planning and organization of fundraising events.
•Engage with Donors and participate in developing & maintaining relationships.
About You
This role would suit a passionate and highly organized individual who wants to align their career with a value-driven organization that positively contributes to society.
Other attributes include:
•Previous administration experience where you have used MS Office – Excel/PowerPoint
•Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and are proven at building strong relationships with peers and stakeholders.
•You are self-motivated and take ownership of your tasks to meet your goals.
The successful applicant can come from a variety of industries or backgrounds including, Sales, Marketing, Administration, Charity / Fundraising & NFP or similar.
