Qualifications & experience

• Technical expertise: Understanding of metal rooting systems, installation techniques, and materials.
• Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate roofing crews, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and direction.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with crew members, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Problem-solving: Capacity to quickly identify and resolve issues that arise during roofing projects, such as material shortages or technical challenges.
• Attention to detail: Ability to perform accurate measurements, conduct quality inspections, and ensure work meets specifications.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, weather conditions, andunexpected challenges.
• Customer service: Focus on meeting customer needs and expectations, addressing concerns, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with project managers, contractors, and clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during all roofing operations.
• Schedule and coordinate roofing crews, equipment, and materials to meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Conduct quality inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to company standards and customer expectations.
• Tasked with formulating invoices and quotes, meticulous measurement of roofing dimensions, and strategic procurement of necessary materials for each project.
