As part of our national growth team, our Strategic Partnerships Manager will identify and grow meaningful relationships with clients to deliver opportunities to bring brands and spaces to life. Focusing on Queensland, you will develop and identify strategic growth initiatives, and deliver on your track record of achieving growth targets.

This is an opportunity to transform your talents in leasing, property, design, fitout or creative agency into strategic partnerships across Queensland.

What your days will look like:

  • Partner with clients to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives
  • Drive expansion efforts to increase market presence and customer base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
  • Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Work alongside a national high-performing growth team

What you will bring to the role:

  • Proven experience in a growth-focussed role
  • Strong track record of driving business expansion and achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset

  • Experience in leasing/property, design, fitout or a creative agency
