Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to develop and execute product strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Define product specifications and requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and adherence to industry standards.
- Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features based on market demand and business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team, helping to communicate product benefits and technical details to clients.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Marketing with a strong understanding of the technical engineering aspects.
- Proven experience in product management, with a strong technical understanding of lighting products or similar technologies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Passion for lighting and a commitment to driving innovation in the industry.
