The Company 
Our client is one of Australia's most highly regarded development groups with a significant portfolio of major projects across the country. The business has an outstanding reputation for employing some of the brightest talent in Property Development. They are currently moving through an exciting phase of growth, with new projects recently acquired and appetite for continued expansion.

The Role
This is a genuine leadership role, created due to growth, that encompasses strategy, people leadership and major project delivery. You will step in as Project Director on an award-winning project with oversight across a high performing team of Development Managers, Senior DMs, Sales, Marketing and support staff across QLD.

As a key contributor to the Executive Leadership group, you will lead the Developments team to effectively manage projects across the development lifecycle from project visioning through design, planning, construction, delivery, marketing, and sales across the QLD portfolio.

You
The successful candidate for this role MUST have the following experience:

  • Degree qualification or higher in either of Property, Engineering, Planning, Finance, Land Economics, Construction, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years+ experience in Residential property development role managing; multiple, large, master-planned or complex projects at senior levels.
  • Proven experience leading developments and multi-functional teams effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a sophisticated suite of project feasibilities.
