THE POSITION
As RATIONALE continues to deliver Luminous Skin for Life to even more Clients, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Clinic/Retail Manager to lead our RATIONALE Melbourne Flagship. Reporting into the Senior Flagship Manager, this is a full-time position based in Melbourne, VIC.
As the RATIONALE Melbourne Flagship Manager:
- You lead by example and create a supportive and inspiring team culture
- You will drive success in your team through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback whilst working closely with your Senior Flagship Manager to build a highly effective team
- Through coaching and developing your team to reach new milestones, you are driven to achieve operational excellence and deliver on sales and KPI expectations
- You will be the embodiment of the RATIONALE values.
Our dedicated Education Team will ensure you are trained across our product formulations and Treatment offering from the time you begin with us, and consistently throughout your career with RATIONALE.
THE PERFECT PROFILE
In this role, we are looking for a positive and energetic self-starter with an unwavering passion for skincare In addition, you will need:
- Demonstrated commitment to lead, motivate and develop your team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong operational, administrative and time management skills
- A true passion for exceptional customer service
- Actively participate in positively contributing to the culture of your Flagship Team
- A qualification in Beauty Therapy (Cert IV or similar)
- A desire to learn the RATIONALE formulation and Treatment range
