They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservoir Engineer (Service Delivery Lead) to join their team and lead their service delivery initiatives.

1. Manage vendors across multiple concurrent projects and BAU (Business As Usual) service activities.
2. Establish and manage IS contracts, ensuring the delivery of agreed service levels.
3. Develop and maintain IS strategies and roadmaps for the portfolio of services.
4. Run and manage applicable application services across the portfolio.
5. Provide excellent stakeholder and customer management.
6. Obtain technical support and services, relaying information competently.

Essential:

1. Demonstrable experience in managing vendors across multiple concurrent projects and BAU service activities.
2. Experience in establishing and managing IS contracts and ensuring delivery of agreed service levels.
3. Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills.
4. Proficiency in the development and maintenance of IS strategies and roadmaps.
5. Experience in running and managing applicable application services across the portfolio.

Desired:

1. Strong technical background.
2. Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification and/or relevant work/industry experience.
3. Experience in providing application implementation and ongoing maintenance services.
4. Excellent working knowledge of industry-standard software and applications relevant to the applicable portfolio.
5. Cost management and analysis.
6. Budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

Desirable:

1. ITIL certification.
2. Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in IT.
