A Day in the Life:

As a Loan Assessor you’ll review and make decisions on loan applications, build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, deliver outstanding service with high accuracy and efficiency, assist in the development and application of continuous improvement initiatives and ensure high level internal and external customer satisfaction.

Here are the key skills and strengths we’re looking for:

You’ll have demonstrated knowledge of industry codes and practices, including procedures, policies, and products and have the ability to hold and maintain a Delegated Lending Authority (DLA). You’ll take initiative and strive for the best outcomes and have a warm, professional communication style. You'll be chatting with a variety of people – customers, brokers, and colleagues across different business areas. You're excellent at prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
