DIALOG Fitzroy Australia continues to grow in various fields, including Scaffolding and Industrial Coatings. We now require a Scaffolding and Industrial Coatings Lead to join our team to assist and support with the growth of these functions of our business.
This is a role with variation of responsibilities and will require someone with a passion and drive for delivering excellent service to both clients and internal stakeholders alike. The applicant should be competent in managing people and coordinating resources across different jobs and projects. The successful applicant will be able to be autonomous in their work, reporting directly to the Australian Manager.

Responsibilities include:
- Client Management; including regular site visits, contact with customers, understanding of customer workload, supporting managers in bidding for work
- Assisting with tenders in the aim to win work for the organisation
- Coordination of resources and equipment for designated jobs and sites
- Supporting Project Managers to ensure that resource and equipment requirements are met
- Monitor staff performance and maintain good staff relations
- Assessing the Scaffolding / Rigging and Industrial Coating skills of staff and arrange trainings as required
We are looking for someone with the following experience and qualifications:
- Scaffolding or Industrial Blast and Paint Experience (both would be beneficial)
- Scaffold or Industrial Blast and Paint Qualifications
- 5 Years managing a team
