Senior Architect - Sydney

Company Description
Our client are an award winning Architectural studio with over 20 years building a reputation that has left a lasting effect on the Australian Architectural Industry. With this reputation, they have shown tremendous strength by having a substantial project pipeline over the last 5 years and having the ability to make no redundancies during difficult times. The team sits across Sydney and Melbourne with over 70 Architects and Interior Designers working on Multi Residential, Retail, Healthcare and Education projects.

Role Description

  • This is a full-time position for a Senior Registered Architect. As a Senior Registered Architect, you will be responsible for leading Multi Residential developments from concept to completion.
  • Lead and contribute to the development of architectural design solutions for a variety of project types, with a particular focus on Class 2/Apartment projects.
  • Produce high-quality Revit documentation and drawings for architectural projects.
  • Manage and mentor junior architectural staff, ensuring design integrity and project success.
  • Liaise with clients, attend site meetings, coordinate consultants and stakeholders.
  • Manage fee proposals, deliverables, and the profitability of the project.

Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Architecture, registration preferred.
  • Extensive experience managing Class 2 projects across all stages.
  • Experience using Revit OR ArchiCAD
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior architectural staff.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Package:
The Salary on offer is $125-$135k plus super.
