The Opportunity: As a Technology Principal recuiter Consultant at Profusion Group, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing C-suite tech relationships within the fintech and financial sectors. Leveraging your expertise and industry contacts, you will develop innovative strategies to attract and retain top-tier technology talent, driving transformative change and shaping organizational structures for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives within the fintech and financial sectors, serving as a trusted advisor on technology talent acquisition and management.
- Build and Run a Senior Software recuitment desk across financial services industry
- Lead strategic initiatives to identify, attract, and place top-tier technology talent, leveraging your network of industry contacts and market knowledge.
- Drive business development efforts to expand our client base and position Profusion Group as the premier partner for technology talent solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique technology needs and develop customized solutions to address them, driving innovation and business growth.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the technology practice.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a current billing role within technology recruitment, with a strong track record of success in the fintech and financial sectors.
- Extensive network of technology contacts within the fintech and financial sectors, with a deep understanding of market trends and industry dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture C-suite relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
- Strong business development skills, with a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues at all levels.
