Qualifications & experience
- You are a proven cyber security practice lead emerging from ideally the consulting, digital or professional services sector
- You combine a comprehensive understanding of the cyber security landscape with outstanding leadership skills and commercial acumen
- Relevant cyber security and management certifications will be highly regarded
- You thrive on driving innovation in the cyber security field including developing new solutions and services, and a willingness to challenge the status quo
Tasks & responsibilities
- Own and lead the business performance for the cyber security practice
- Drive sales and revenue growth through the pursuit of new business opportunities, strategic partnerships as well as leveraging existing relationships
- Develop and implement strategic plans and optimise the operating model including resource management
- Consult and engage directly with clients and provide a breadth of cyber security solutions
- Lead, motivate and develop the cyber security team fostering a high performance and collaborative culture
- Contribute to the development of the broader business strategic vision
