We are currently looking for Part-TimeStore Managerto lead the team at ourPort Macquariestore. The successful applicant will have previous retail experience as they will be accountable for theend to end operationsof the store.This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your drive and initiative.

This part time role operates on a Tuesday - Saturday roster totaling 35.5 hours.

Once you have joined theBlack Pepper familyyou will not be alone. A complete induction program and continuous professional development covering all areas of management are provided - We want you to succeed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the team to drive our sales and meet our goals

  • Creating a great dialogue with our customers to understand their needs

  • Styling customers to ensure they look and feel great

  • Create internal and external events activities to drive awareness and sales

  • Mentor and motivate our high-performing team to improve their sales skills and the customer experience

  • Manage inventory and visual merchandising of the store

  • Manage monthly rosters to ensure they are costed within hours budgets.

About You:

  • Retail management experience

  • Strong leadership skills to support our exceptional team

  • Customer Service attitude with enthusiasm and initiative

  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, POS and EFTPOS facilities.

  • Availability to work across our key store trading hours.
