You will play a key role in achieving project outcomes by providing expert scheduling and project control support, ensuring the successful transition of projects to capability delivery organisations.
As an Integrated Project Scheduler, you will;
- Develop, maintain, and report on project schedules and milestones, providing proactive advice on schedule performance.
- Serve as the scheduling subject matter expert in project planning activities, ensuring compliance with technical and departmental requirements.
- Conduct rolling wave planning and schedule risk analyses, to support project planning.
- Coordinate and update financial data in project and program schedules, participating in risk workshops and governance forums.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with team members, providing coaching and mentoring on scheduling best practices.
- Demonstrated high performance and resilience in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in scheduling techniques and tools, specifically MS Project and Open Plan Professional (OPP).
- Excellent analytical and technical writing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all stakeholders.
- Ability to handle sensitive data.
