Diesel Force, a family-owned, Bunbury-based company with over 25 years in the industry is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Workshop Manager. 

Your responsibilities will include the following.
  • Coordinate daily operations of our Bunbury-based workshop and site clients.
  • Keep managers, team members and clients informed of progress and changes in priorities when requested to ensure requirements are met.
  • Maintenance planning, job estimation and review invoices.
  • Ensure all WHS policies are adhered to.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance records of all work are completed.
  • Responsible for workshop end-of-day procedures.
  • Supports the team to assist customers with their requirements promptly and courteously and handles complaints where able. When necessary, escalate issues to Management for further action.

  • Ability to work under pressure and ensure deadlines are met. 
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, negotiation/influencing. 
  • Demonstrate capabilities of efficiently managing a team and high workloads. 
  • High level of computer skills.
  • Authoritative yet friendly management style.
