The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analysing, developing, and enhancing software systems, with a primary focus on UniVerse systems. If you have a passion for Agile methodologies, responsive software capabilities, and driving continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and develop software changes to UniVerse systems.
  • Provide effective resolution of software issues, offering technical guidance when needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation of manual processes, and enhancements to testing and quality procedures.
  • Participate in the enhancement of technical practices such as unit testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
  • Assist in the development of the technology roadmap for software applications.
  • Adhere to company coding standards, methodologies, and practices.
  • Ensure consistency in quality, efficiency, and approach throughout the software development process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with UniVerse Basic programming language.
  • Proven track record in Agile software development and responsive software capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively resolve escalated software issues.
  • Experience in process improvement, automation, and testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with unit testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Benefits

  • Salary: $130K to $140K Base + Super + Bonus
