We are launching a new brand Are you ready to ignite your career with a new challenge? Join our team as Digital Brand Manager. As a direct report to the Marketing Manager – Digital & Communications, you'll spearhead efforts to boost equity and financial growth, taking charge of all facets of our exciting new direct-to-consumer brand across Australia, New Zealand, and globally. You'll be backed by a seasoned and supportive marketing team every step of the way.
What the role encompasses:
- Manage the entire content life cycle, from strategy to reporting and adjustments, ensuring that brand content is aligned with the brand vision and market trends.
- Build and maintain an understanding of the natural healthcare supplement / beauty market, consumer preferences and competitor landscape to inform brand positioning and messaging.
- Create and manage content calendars, posting schedules and performance reports.
- Maintain online community content and communication.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms and customer touchpoints, ensuring brand messaging is aligned with Brand vision.
- Provide regular reports on digital performance, customer engagement and sales metrics.
- Work with internal and external teams to design, deliver and evaluate digital marketing campaigns including conceptualising and preparing messaging materials across web, social, email and other relevant platforms that align with objectives.
Key Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Commerce / Marketing
- 3-5 years of Brand Manager experience
- Experience in complimentary medicine or skin care/beauty is required
- Proficiency in digital marketing and eCommerce platforms
- Experience launching or driving growth in a new brand and / or brand channel is desirable
- Financial management skills and stakeholder management experience

- Distil insights from data to drive brand communication
- Ability to work collaboratively and with drive and initiative in at times a high-pressure environment
