About the role
As a Senior Employer Engagement Manager (QLD) at Cbus, you’ll be in an Employer facing role. You’ll not only represent Cbus, you’ll also create, nurture and develop dedicated relationships with new and existing Employers, and provide general advice to Cbus white collar members. This is a rare opportunity offered on a permanent basis. You will be based in Brisbane (or commutable to) with semi frequent travel to sites around QLD- a car will be provided. You will also be expected to represent Cbus at various industry events.
Using your excellent account management skills and superannuation knowledge, you’ll respond to various Employer enquires and showcase your relationship-building skills to identify organic growth opportunities for the fund. You’ll develop and execute growth and engagement activity, and work closely with the broader internal Member and Employer Experience Team to identify areas of opportunity. Ultimately your role is to ensure that our Employers continue to have a great experience with the fund.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your reputation within an important, community driven industry. We are looking for someone who wishes to achieve growth for our fund, but in a relationship driven environment. In return we offer an attractive salary package, car and additional benefits.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has strong relationship and account management experience preferably in the Superannuation industry. Your previous successes have come from your advanced interpersonal and customer service skills - with the naturally ability to build rapport with a range of stakeholders in - and external to the business. Ideally, you will have defined benefit experience but this is not essential.
You will have fantastic knowledge of the superannuation industry, current regulations, and legislations issues with a strong customer first mindset. You will have a proven track record of working to and achieving sales and revenue targets, with superior customer service skills. Your technical knowledge will be proven with an RG146 for Superannuation certification.
