About this role

The Counsellor/Welfare Coordinator will be responsible for working with the Office Manager, education leaders and the education support team to support students and families, upskilling teacher and support staff and directing the welfare team.  They will be focused on the wellbeing of students particularly in the area of mental and emotional wellbeing, crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, and growth and development plans.  The counsellor/ welfare coordinator will meet with clients via face-to-face, online webinars and over the phone as required to promote general wellbeing.
