What you’ll do:
Working in an established project team with a great DC team alongside you, you'll be responsible for end to end DC processes and vendor data management.
- Ensuring the project documents comply with procedural requirements prior to processing into the document controlsystem.
- Controlling project documents/Vendor Data and maintaining registers to indicate current status via the document controlsystem
- Assisting the Lead DocumentController with the handover and archiving of deliverables as required by the client
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to make sure all documents are filed correctly
- Record issues and track the location of control documents and drawings.
- Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the document controlsystem.
About You
- >5 years of experience working in a project environment, ideally within the mining industry
- Good level of understanding on DC practices and management, and experienced in various software packages
- Vendor Data Experience preferred
- Practical experience in document control entry & procedures on engineering and construction projects
- Ability to work with and communicate at all levels with both internal and external clients
