How you’ll succeed 

As a Purple Cow Real Estate agent, you’ll be in control of all aspects of your customers and database. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Develop a prospecting plan to obtain listings
  • Conduct prospecting activities
  • Develop and maintain a contact database
  • Inspect and list properties for sale
  • Maintain regular contact with owners of the listed properties
  • Prepare marketing and conduct service activities to sell listed properties
  • Conduct inspections by available buyers of properties for sale
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts of sale for properties
  • Supervise the contract of sale to completion
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Real Estate
  • Current Registration Certificate or Agent Licence is required
  • Strong working knowledge of sales CRM (e.g., Rex, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Australian Driver's Licence
  • Exceptional telephone, written, and verbal communication skills are a must
  • Legislative knowledge and understanding
  • Enthusiastic and initiative-taking
  • Enjoy working both autonomously and in a team
  • Enthusiastic about creative marketing and communication
  • You're a problem solver and solutions focused – you love thinking 'how can we improve' and taking steps to provide Excellence across all areas of your work and the business.
