This is a 12 month contract role ABOUT THE ROLE The Beckley, our in-house caféwith chef prepared meals,barista madecoffee andall-daysnacksthat fuels our people at our Global Support Centre (GSC) in Geelonghas an exciting opportunity available for a HospitalityManager.As the HospitalityManager,in partnership with our Head Chef,you will lead the restaurantteam andoperations by delivering exceptional customer experience, team engagement and financial model to drive performance of the caféand connect our people as they collaborate in the central hub of our Geelong Campus.This role will see you: Oversee restaurant operations to ensure maximum efficiency Lead and develophigh quality execution and customer experience Lead and execute GSC events including catering, beverages and set up Manage and evaluateteam memberperformanceincludingteam engagement,training, developmentand recruitment Oversee stock control quantities and equipment qualityin line with financial model Responsible for delivering budget to the financial model,including COG expenses, weekly wages and sales Exceptional communicationandrelationship managementwithinternal and external stakeholders Driving the team to love what they do and create an exciting work environment SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced volume café or similar Commercial acumen to drive financial model Strong customer service skills Proven leader for a diverse team Stock control management Strong commitment to safety and compliance Problem solving skills, including the ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-better environment Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability confidently communicate with all levels of stakeholder Ability to work with cross-functional teams including product teams and key stakeholders Proven planning, organisational and time management skills to adhere to timelines OUR CULTURE Here at the Cotton On Group our people are at the heart of everything we do.
