In response to our continued growth, we're looking for an amazing Project Manager to join our Consulting Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about ERP Systems and helping Customers achieve their goals.

What you'll be doing…

This role is pivotal to delivering a compelling customer experience in the implementation of our market leading software and taking our clients on a transformation journey. You'll live our values every day by creating deep partnerships with customers to deliver game-changing multi-product programs. We work hard, have fun in the process and celebrate other's successes.

You'll also:

  • Scheduling of project tasks, helping the Project Managers ensure that processes are mapped out to keep the project on or ahead of schedule and in budget
  • Monitor the resourcing of consultants and other relevant parties on projects, tracking actuals vs budget
  • Ensure standardised Project Management Office processes and procedures are followed and all project compliance is followed in accordance with standards and regulations
  • Work closely with Project Managers across several different projects at one time, tracking projects and following up on actions
  • Experience as a Project / Program Manager implementing ERP with projects ranging
  • from a few hundred thousand to multi-million dollars
  • Experience managing subcontractors
  • Must have either Consulting or Vendor experience
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Proven track record of influencing, negotiating, and engaging stakeholders to
  • achieve great outcomes
  • Ideally you will be versed in the higher education sector.
  • Great communication skills, be detail oriented and comfortable diving into details
  • when needed
  • A Project Management certification would be beneficial
