Our client, a leading civil engineering consultancy firm, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Associate Director to lead their outer Sydney office. This exceptional opportunity offers a unique blend of autonomy and collaboration within a professional, social, and inclusive culture.

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Minimum 10+ years of civil design experience, including local experience
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Proven ability to drive business growth 
  • Degree in Civil Engineering
  • CPEng / NER accreditation
  • Proficiency in 12D, DRAINS, MUSIC, and AutoCAD
  • Experience in urban development projects
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, especially in report writing
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Australian Standards & Council design standards
  • A positive attitude and collaborative spirit
