Atom Resources is a specialist Construction, Property and Engineering Recruitment agency in Australia. Founded in February 2016 in Sydney, we have offices in the NSW Central Coast, Perth and Brisbane. We work in all states in Australia and have grown to a team of 26 internal staff. We are excited to offer the opportunity for an experienced Principal / Managing Recruitment Consultant to join our head office team in Sydney and help take our business to the next level

This role is a full-time position, responsible for 360 recruitment of White Collar contractors within Sydney's Construction Sector.

There will be immediate roles to work and comes with the advantage of working alongside a high performing team, as well as reporting into the Sydney Director with a significant network in the construction industry.

This role would suit an ambitious hands on experienced recruiter and who is excited about the challenge of contributing to a growing team with exciting targets

What you need?

  • Five years full-time work experience as a Recruitment Consultant, or
  • A Bachelor degree (or higher) qualification in a related field, and two years full time post qualification work
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills
  • Valid driving license
