Darling Group is looking for experienced, ambitious and high energy waitstaff, baristas and bartenders to join our opening team at Stringers Sorrento in becoming a part of a special culture that is committed to executing exceptional experiences.

About Stringers:

Known locally as ‘Stringers Corner’, Stringers occupies a special place in the history of Sorrento. Trading from breakfast until late, Stringers incorporates an Italian-inspired deli and grocer, authentic wood-fired Neopolitan pizza and gelateria, rear courtyard with vibrant music and a champagne and cocktail bar. Executive Chef Ash Hicks heads up the restaurant and bar, with a menu inspired by seasonal Italian flavours and local produce. By day and by night, ‘Stringers Corner’ is reborn.

Experience & Skills:

  • Previous relevant experience in a similar role and within a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional service standards with attention to detail
  • Passion for hospitality with a friendly disposition to smile
  • Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Exceptional presentation and grooming
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
  • Must have RSA certificate
