DescriptionShipment Coordinator manages daily shipping and distribution operationsRequirementsResponsible for

  • coordination and handling of transport requests or consignments by sea, air, and land haulage
  • request and evaluate offers and confirmation of original inquiries
  • monitoring the transportation progress on order to meet efficiently (internal) client needs
  • preparation and provision of all required import/export documents
  • administrating the business software with all topical transport data like cost, time, weight, etc.
  • verification of transport service providers and market monitoring concerning changes in availability and new supply sources
Skils :
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Basic understanding of ROSEN’s organization & business & products
  • Good understanding of transportation requirements (documentation, customs..)
  • Basic English skills (written & oral)
Educations & Experience :
  • Degree off higher education (minimum: college certificate or equivalent) in an engineering area related to logistics
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in related logistics environment
