About the role:

As the Precision Technology Lead, you will offer guidance and oversight for targeted sales and support of Agricultural technology products within the Brandt AOR. You will be a part of a team of specialists responsible for sales, implementation, and support of precision agriculture technologies. This includes driving precision equipment sales, optimizing technology utilization, and contributing to the expansion of Brandt's Precision Technology business strategy.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Drive sales growth and profitability in the assigned Territory while managing asset turnover and protecting company assets, including new and used precision equipment inventory.

• Guide inventory forecasting to achieve sales targets effectively.

• Provide ongoing input on standard machine technology specifications.

• Manage and develop Precision Technology Specialists to build a motivated and successful team focused on long-term success for the company and customers.

• Offer insights on future opportunities and competitive pressures.

• Assist in recruitment, training, and management of Precision Technology Specialists, Corporate Product Managers, and Territory Managers.

• Cultivate positive relationships with communities, civic, political, and industry stakeholders.

• Represent Brandt at industry events and promote all divisions of the company across designated locations.

About you:

• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.

• Passion for technology-related solutions and ability to adapt to fast-changing environments.

• Proven proficiency in sales, delivering customer solutions and providing exceptional customer service.

• Demonstrated Knowledge of John Deere Operation Center and precision ag products

• Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with all stakeholders.

• Previous experience in the agricultural industry would be an advantage.
