Position: Grader Operator

Location: Head Office - 32/40 Jack William Dr, Penrith, NSW

Responsibilities:

• operator grader to perform rough and finish grading of construction sites, roads and other surfaces/infrastructure according to project specifications.
• Ensure accurate and precise grading to achieve desired surface profiles
• perform routine maintenance on grader to ensure optimal performance
• adhere to safety protocols and quality standards at all times
• set up of works (with support with the supervisor) to ensure clients' expectations are met, including work health and safety, quality, environment and project objectives are clearly communicated and understood.
• Provide directions and support to workers when the supervisor is absent

Requirements:

• Current NSW Drivers' License
• All valid SOA and VOC Tickets
• White/Blue Construction Coard
• Proven experience as a grader operator through previous employment
• Proficiency in operating various types of graders (e.g. CAT 140M Grader)
• Ability to understand and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
