This is an expansion of an existing mine site, with a positive track record and history with this mining client there will be more of this work released in the years to come.

This mine infrastructure project will be running for at least 12 months. We require and experienced Earthworks Supervisor with Bulk / detailed earthworks dams / earth retaining structures on similar sized projects as part of the head contracting team. As Supervisor you will help ensure that daily production targets are met while coordinating plant and materials. You will report to the Superintendent and work closely with the client assisting with and issues regarding on site productivity.

This role will suit an experienced Supervisor looking for a new challenge within the civil construction industry. You are encouraged to apply if you have the following:

• Planning for all resources including plant, labour, materials and subcontractors
  • Approve subcontractor workforce requirements and review work accomplished by each discipline
  • Review and approve major subcontractor equipment mobilisation and demobilisation
  • Prepare reports and forecasts, including summary of construction progress, personnel forecasts, and expenditures forecast
  • Monitor the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules
