Gestion de la relation client
• Veille à optimiser la satisfaction client en soignant la qualité des services et l'efficacité des communications.
• S'assure de la sécurité et du bon fonctionnement des équipements.
• Vend des services de réparation.
• Gère et contrôle les activités de prospection.
• Traite les réclamations des clients relatives à la qualité des services.
• Traite les réclamations des clients relatives à la facturation des opérations d'entretien.
Gestion des services
• Est responsable de la sécurité des utilisateurs, des sites d'intervention et des techniciens.
• Veille à ce que les prestations deservices soient conformes aux dispositions contractuelles, aux calendriers établis, aux normes de qualité de KONE et aux réglementations locales applicables.
• Contrôle les coûts et la CMII des interventions sur le terrain.
• Vend des services d'entretien et de réparation.
• Gère les stocks de proximité.
• Gère les inspections et les activités de suivi des inspections de tiers.
• Vérifie les dispositions techniques des contrats d'entretien avec les vendeurs.
• Gère l'entretien de tout équipement tiers intégrant le parc LIS.
• Aide le centre KC3 à résoudre les problèmes d'affectation des interventions aux techniciens (selon les priorités).
• Traite et clôt les demandes d'intervention et prend les mesures nécessaires en cas d'arrêt d'équipement et/ou de problèmes de sécurité.
• S'efforce de réduire les demandes d'intervention locales.
• Vérifie les factures des opérations d'intervention et de réparation dont l'édition n'est pas automatisée.
• S'assure de l'achèvement dans les délais des visites d'entretien planifiées.
• Programme et gère les activités d'entretien planifiées.
• Procède aux audits des sites.
• Enquête sur les accidents et applique la procédure de gestion des preuves et des rapports internes de l'entreprise.
• Vérifie et valide les heures supplémentaires.
Encadrement/gestion du personnel
• Contrôle l'efficacité de ses techniciens.
• Motive les techniciens d'entretien et les accompagne dans le développement de leurs compétences.
• Fixe les objectifs de performance des techniciens et vérifie qu'ils les atteignent.
• Gère la communication avec ses techniciens.
• Gère les absences et les remplacements de techniciens.
• Valide les feuilles de temps des techniciens avant paiement.
• Gère l'affectation des équipements aux techniciens et équilibre la charge de travail.
• Évalue les effectifs d'entretien requis et gère la sélection et le recrutement des techniciens.
• Valide les remplacements et gère la mise à disposition des outils, véhicules, téléphones/assistants numériques et instruments d'entretien.
