Design and Build are working on behalf of a national tier 2 renewables, civil and infrastructure builder to find an experienced HSE advisor to join the team across multiple projects in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs. 

The role 

  • Promoting the development and implementation of safety, environmental and quality standards that address all compliance and due diligence requirements.
  • Conducting safety, environmental and quality audits and inspections.
  • Preparing reports for senior management.
  • Assisting with education and training of staff in the areas of safety, environmental and quality systems.
  • Preparing work method statements, project plans, and inspection and test plans.
  • Developing and implementing system changes and improvements.
Experience / Role essentials 
  • 2+ year's experience as a HSE coordinator within a heavy construction environment
  • Relevant tertiary education/qualifications 
  • Be located in Australia, with a relevant Australian visa with unrestricted working rights.
