What would you be doing as a Neurosensory Audiologist?

  • A highly varied caseload working closely with local ENTs to provide specialist diagnostic, paediatric and adult audiological assessments.
  • Help clients with their hearing and balance problems by providing professional recommendations about most suitable rehabilitation options and to address the client’s difficulties, lifestyle, management abilities and budget.
  • Perform clinical assessments in-line with current best practice and the Company’s clinical protocols and communicate assessment results and subsequent recommendations.
  • Meet our clients’ needs, wherever possible, through providing appropriate and professional advice, services and devices.
  • Offering counselling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss management and communication strategies.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Take part in professional development and training to maintain current and diverse knowledge in your specialist areas of audiology.

What do you need to be successful in these roles?

  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Must have full membership with an appropriate professional body and a Certificate of Clinical Practice (CCP).
  • Solid audiological skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent levels of customer care and service, and a passion for delivering an amazing client experience.
  • A commitment to building strong therapeutic relationships with our clients, and achieving the highest standards in audiological care.
  • An understanding of, and commitment to, ensuring the commercial success of the business.
  • A desire to support other members of your team, and nurture an inclusive and enthusiastic culture in the region.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedication to staying updated with industry advancements.
