Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and people orientated professional with retail sales experience at supervisory level to join our Bottega Veneta Chadstone boutique.The successful individual will work closely with our Store Manager, acting as second in charge when they are not in store, as well as providing support, coaching and guidance to the retail Sales Associates.

How will you contribute

  • Be the 2iC and support the Store Manager in ensuring daily tasks and key targets are being met
  • Demonstrate senior support and supervisory experience
  • Confidence in dealing with exclusive clientele, combined with a key focus in achieving sales targets
  • Exceptional customer service skills, as well as ability to build client relationships
  • Assist the Store Manager in coaching and mentoring the sales associates
  • Assist with Stock Management and ensuring maintenance of inventory accuracy

Who are you

  • Proven experience in a retail, hospitality or similar customer service related role, with experience in supervising a team or acting as a senior key contact/support
  • Exceptional interpersonal, people management and communication skills (bilingual skills will be a bonus)
  • Passion in fashion and demonstrate strong sense of high end fashion
  • The availability to workfull time over a 7 day rotating roster;
  • The flexibility to work boutique trading hours as required;
