Mining - Engineering & Maintenance (Mining, Resources & Energy)

Founded in 2017, Axis Mineral Services Pty Ltd (‘Axis’) specialise in crushing & ore sorting services for all requirements in Mining, Milling, Processing and Civil applications. Axis are currently running crushing circuits, ROM Management and general site works operations across a number of projects in the Goldfields regions, within the Mining and Civil Construction sectors. 

Due to continued growth, we have opportunities for experienced Site Supervisors to join our rapidly growing business in both FIFO and residential positions, based in Kalgoorlie and the Northern Goldfields.

To be successful in this role, you will possess: 

  • Prior experience within mining, civil or quarry environments working with 3 stage crushing circuits & associated equipment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead safe and productive teams
  • Good time management and work prioritisation skills
  • Strong relationship skills, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to administer/comply with site systems, procedures and complete routine workplace inspections, audits and reports as required
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and achieve safe production schedules / plans 
  • Previous experience in gold mining projects is highly desirable 
  • Current Driver’s License
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
  • Have or be able to obtain a National Police Check
