Senior site reliability engineer sre

Our distributed teams are developing a cloud-native marketplace solution scaled across 3 countries for 100k+ daily users. And it will serve more countries and users in the near future. As the business expand, we are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to support our team & secure the smooth running of the business.

What you will do: 

  • Maintain and operate business clusters on public cloud environment (e.g. AWS and Azure); 
  • Ensure the clusters to have high reliability, availability and performance by Selecting, Utilizing and public cloud services and components; 
  • Provide urgent running technical support for the business production environment when necessary; 
  • Plan, develop, and deliver OPS-oriented platform in the cloud; and
  • Build and maintain the CI/CD architecture for R&D team. 

Whom we are looking for: 

  • 3+ years experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, with a degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines; 
  • Strong sense of responsibility to ensure the online business running smoothly and are proud of delivering the most reliable transaction service to customers; 
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills; 
  • Skilled in one or more coding languages usually applied in SRE area, such as Go, Shell, Python, etc.; 
  • Have rich experience in IaaS (AWS, Azure) operation and utilizing Kubernetes, Rancher, Openresty and Linux; 
  • Familiar with common components used in distributed backend system, such as Redis, MQ, Zookeeper, Elastic Search, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.;
  • Proficient in maintaining CI/CD platforms, such as Jenkins.
