We provide highly skilled expertise in Project Delivery, Data & Analytics, Cloud Strategy, Application Modernisation, and Cybersecurity.
We’re looking for experienced IT Program & Project Managers with Cyber / Info Sec experience who can demonstrate successful program or project delivery where you’ve been responsible for initiating, planning, managing and closing out an IT engagement.
You will bring the following skills and experience to be successful in these roles:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in program management or a minimum of 10 years experience in project management.
- Minimum 5 years experience managing Cyber / Info Sec IT projects
- Strong understanding of Cyber Security concepts
- Establish and maintain close working relationships with Sponsors, Stakeholders & SMEs,
- Communicate clearly, effectively and efficiently,
- Provide leadership and direction to your program or project team, be able to demonstrate that you can sponsor and achieve sound team collaboration, with a team of diverse people across multiple work locations whilst supporting development needs of individuals,
- Demonstrated experience working with Traditional (Waterfall), Agile, Hybrid and proprietary delivery methods
- Demonstrated core capabilities around status reporting, RAAID registers, budget estimation/tracking (Capex/Opex), risk mitigation strategies, planning/scheduling, deliverable identification/tracking, scope/requirements management, decision making and quality control/assurance,
- Broad, stable industry experienceacrossfinancial services, utilities,retail, FMCG, government, andtelco domains,
- Strong supplier and vendor management skills,
- Ideally have experience with Portfolio Project Management Tools,
- Demonstrated experience using, collaboration and office tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, MS Office suite.
Being a Melbourne based organisation, we're looking for our team to be based locally. We also require applicants to hold an Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency (PR), or have other permanent work rights.
Applicants will be required to undertake background and or police checks for these roles.
