The Role

This is a Full Time Practice Manager role in Springfield and is a great opportunity to support close-knit teams and doctors who are proud of the service they provide to their patients. You will manage and support our employees and Health Care Professionals in this role. Reporting to the Regional Manager you will be responsible for dealing with all day-to-day operational requirements of running a professional Medical Centre and all aspects of employee management including, talent development, mentoring performance management and centre improvements, and managing the P & L’s.

The Tasks

  • Identify, review, and troubleshoot operational issues
  • Identify areas of improvement and drive change
  • Monitoring practice safety and standards across the clinic
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Monitor rosters and budgets
  • Recruitment of Staff
  • Ability to work within documented policies and procedures ( SOP’s)
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including the National Operations Manager, Regional Managers, and internal stakeholders within the centre


The Successful Candidate

  • Proven Leadership and Management experience ideally in the healthcare industry
  • Qualification in Business Administration or Diploma of Practice Management preferred
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • A passion for people and a personable approach
