You’ll thrive in a fast-moving, fluid environment, and be passionate about supporting teams to scale effectively. You’ll have the support of internal resources, access to subject matter experts and will play a pivotal role to help deliver effective learning programs and support. Maintain all components of Newcastle Anglican’s Learner Manager System (Litmos), including content authoring, learning system architecture, mapping processes, record keeping, reporting and evaluation. Coordination and support of early careers programs, including, work experience and vocational/ tertiary placements, and traineeship programs. Instructional design and development of e-learning modules and webinars.Development and distribution of periodic and ad-hoc reporting on learning metrics and compliance as required by key stakeholders.
