Graduate Archeologist

We have an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Archeologist to join our Heritage team in our Gosford or Newcastle office.

This is an entry level role for an ambitious individual who is eager to learn. You will work alongside experienced and highly knowledgeable colleagues who will guide and support you. Ideally you will have an interest in either Aboriginal or historical archeology, but you don’t have to specialise in either.

Ideally, you will have a Bachelor (Honours) or Masters degree in Archeology to qualify for this graduate Archeologist position.

You must have the right to work in Australia to apply for this job.

You will need to submit your CV and cover letter addressing how you meet the below selection criteria:

• An Archeology degree (Honours), or a Masters in Archaeology or similar (preferred but not essential).
• Demonstrated interest in Aboriginal and /or historical heritage.
• Relevant work experience in Aboriginal and/or historical heritage (preferred but not essential).
• An ability to work on site, away from home and in remote locations, if necessary.
• A manual drivers’ license (preferred but not essential).
