Sales Executive

Search Consultancy is exclusively recruiting for a number of very exciting sales roles based in Plymouth

This business is going from strength to strength and recently become part of another businesses within the same sector who are also a leader within the market.

This role would suit individuals within car/leasing sales who are looking to not work weekends, earn well and create a career within leasing industry.

This role has regularly reviews of the basic salary with monthly and yearly commission to be earnt.

Role: Account Manager - New Sales
Location: Plymouth
Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 - no weekends - all in office
Salary: up to 30k on basic dependent on knowledge and experience with an OTE of up to 50k on average within your first however, there are individuals taking home 140k+. Commission is uncapped and with huge potential on tops ups on the yearly bonus structure.

Job description:
Create a prospect list of clients and proactively close new deals
Utilising their existing database and prospect lists to create new business opportunities
Speak to owners and Directors of businesses to discuss the service you have on offer
Remain organised and remain proactive in your approach to close new deals utilising not on their database but tools such as LinkedIn
Support the new client through the process and negotiate on terms

Experience required:
Strong sales experience
Automotive/Leasing sales experience is preferable
Experience in dealing with decision makers within businesses at Director and owner level
Able to build rapport with all new and existing customers
Able to remain professional due to the type of people you will be speaking to
Commutable distance to their Plymouth office
Resilient and a want to succeed within a growing business
