As the Lead UI/UX Designer you will be driving the User Interface Design for Queensland State Government, this is a role where the impact of your work will be high and visible to a large audience. Being the Lead Designer you will be interacting with Senior stakeholder as well as project / product teams. You will need to be a passionate designer who has proven experience working in high pressure, high stakes situations, working with a lot of active users and always looking for continual improvement.

This is a Pure UI design role, where you will need to showcase your portfolio of work in an interview.

  • Key Capability: Demonstrated experience in designing digital products with high numbers of daily active users as part of an agile software development team
  • Key Capability Two: Demonstrated skill in designing simple and valuable interactions from requirements that are sometimes initially ambiguous or complex
