Site Foreman / Project Manager - High End Residential Our client, a dynamic and innovative high end / luxury architecturally designed home builder, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Foreman / Project Manager to join their team. This is a Hybrid role which will encompass a mixture of site foreman and project management duties.
Responsibilities:
- On-Site Management: Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of quality.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient execution of construction plans.
- Safety Compliance: Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and protocols to ensure worker protection.
- Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of construction workers, providing the resources and support needed for effective performance.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality with meticulous attention to detail.
- Trade background in Carpentry.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a site foreman, supervisor, or Project Manager within the construction industry, with some experience in building high-end architectural homes.
- Proven experience in managing all aspects of a project, having successfully seen projects through from start to finish as a Foreman or Project Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, ensuring projects are completed to the highest quality standards.
- Experience working to and adhering to construction programs and plans.
- Thorough familiarity with construction safety regulations and protocols.
