About the Role

As a Community Sales and Customer Experience Associate, you will play a vital role in welcoming and assisting prospective home buyers, managing marketing events, and ensuring an exceptional customer journey from contract exchange through to settlement and beyond. This role demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels in both customer service and administrative tasks.

Key Accountabilities

  • Welcome and greet prospective home buyers, hosting clients at open homes
  • Manage marketing events for projects, including open days and community events
  • Conduct site tours with prospective residents
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers from contract exchange through to settlement
  • Manage and coordinate pre-settlement inspections, settlement, and post-settlement maintenance procedures
  • Ensure residents are informed about necessary dates, changes, and information related to their new home purchase and maintenance periods
  • Negotiate and resolve disputes professionally

About You

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A customer-centric approach with a passion for providing outstanding service
  • Proficiency in using CRM databases and managing customer information
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
  • Prior experience in real estate preferred
