  • Established Territory, Explosive Growth: You'll step into a well-developed market with a proven 10-year track record. But this isn't a stagnant pond The company is experiencing explosive growth, fueled by 6 strategic acquisitions (3 in the last year alone) that have expanded their core IRM offerings.
  • Focus on Existing & New Clients (70/30 Split): You'll leverage your expertise to nurture existing client relationships, ensuring maximum value and ongoing success. Plus, you'll have the exciting challenge of securing new logos and expanding the company's footprint within the Australian government sector (Federal & State).

  • Sell a Best-in-breed Solution: You'll be bringing a powerful suite of solutions to the table, including market-leading products in SaaS licenses, GRC, IT security, Enterprise Risk Management, and third-party risk management.

Do You Have What It Takes?
  • Proven Sales Expertise: We're looking for a sales leader with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the risk management or a closely related field. Ideally, you'll have experience in vendor sales and a strong track record of exceeding targets.
  • Government Sales Prowess: Experience selling to Federal & State government agencies is a major plus. You'll understand the unique needs and procurement processes of this sector.
  • Security Sales Background (Especially GRC): If you have experience selling security solutions, particularly within the GRC space, you'll be a superstar candidate.

The Total Rewards Package:
  • Competitive base salary of up to $225,000 AUD + Superannuation
  • Commission is approximately 40% of your base
  • Comprehensive benefits package including a car allowance, mobile phone allowance, healthcare, and more
