Virtual Assistant for Mortgage Broker full time

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Broker Assistant at Mortgage Alley. As an assistant, you will be responsible for supporting mortgage brokers in their day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to mortgage broker, including organizing files, scheduling appointments, and handling client inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation of mortgage documents and applications.
  • Liaising with our Clients, Lenders, conveyancers and referral partners (Real Estate etc).
  • Guiding clients through the loan application process, while gathering and processing the appropriate documents.
  • Performing data entry into CRM system
  • Assisting broker with tasks such as pricing, policy, and servicing.
  • Providing post-approval and settlement care to the customer.
  • Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to messages and comments, and monitoring engagement.

Qualifications

  • Ability to speak in English and Tagalog
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Aptitude for learning and adapting to new processes
