We arecurrently looking for an Equipment Sales Specialist to work with clients andhelp them find the equipment best suited to their needs. This Permanent FullTime basis is based on Townsville and the sales territory willcover Townsville and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Selling assistive equipmentto our wide range of clients, hospital and aged care sector.
• Provide helpful andtimely equipment trials and demonstrations.
• Support therapists withinthe community sector with healthcare equipment needs and requirements
• Always on andexceptional customer service support to all customers at all times
• ProductKnowledge: Become an expert on our products and services, stayingup-to-date with new features and offerings. Use this knowledge to guidecustomers and enhance their experience.
• RelationshipBuilding: Foster strong and positive relationships with customers toencourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Meet Key PerformanceIndicators (KPIs): Strive to achieve and exceed established sales KPIsand budget targets.

Requirements:

• Sales Appetite Have abackground in a relevant field and be very comfortable with ‘selling andsales’, preferably with a proven background in sales.
• Excellent communicationand inter-personal skills. Preferably an outgoing personality that is interestedin people and quick to develop strong relationships
• Previous experience ofthe Aged Care & Disability equipment sector is preferred but notessential., but we welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learnand grow in this role.
• Determination,organised, autonomous and willing to go above and beyond for excellentcustomer service and results
• Comfortable navigating necessarycomputer/CRM systems to manage customer interactions and maintain records.
• Physically capable ofhandling equipment demonstrations in and out of your van for ‘show &tell’ sessions
• Willing to travelregularly within your sales area to meet client requests
